Short description:
fragment of an essay by Eduard Glaser (1855-1908) entitled 'Bemerkungen zur Geschichte Altabessinies und zu einer sab�ischen Vertragsinschrift' (p. 26) which the explorer published after returning from his fourth journey to Yemen (January 1892 - March 1894);
Glaser provides a first translation of the Inscription GL 1076, which contains a treaty of alliance between ʿAlhān Nahfān, king of Saba', and the kings of Axum and Ḥaḍramawt.
