In this pamphlet, which Eduard Glaser (1855-1908) published after the return from his fourth journey to Yemen (1892-1894), the explorer provides a first translation of the inscription GL 1076 (pp. 21-22).
Further translations and interpretations can be found in - Glaser's article 'Zur sabäischen Vertragsinschrift ʿAlhāns' published in the 'Zeitschrift der Deutschen Morgenländischen Gesellschaft' and in - the book 'Altjemenische Studien. Nach dem Tode des Verfassers herausgegeben von Otto Weber' (pp. 61) which was published 15 years after the Eduard Glaser's death.
