L. B.! '(abbreviated for: Lieber Bruder! / Dear brother!) Von S. habe ich Aufklärung erlangt. Schicke ihm auf meine Rechnung nach 'Kennelbach bei Bregenz' 140 fl. Da er bis 15. in Bregenz bleibt, so verständige ihn an seine dortige Adresse: 'Bregenz, Hôtel Montfort' per Karte oder besser per Brief, dass das Geld an ihn nach Kennelbach abgegangen ist.
S. verlangte 400 fl. u. schrieb mir, er hätte dich schon ... ersucht. Selbstverständlich schickst du ihm vorläufig nur die 140 fl., da ich weitere Aufklärungen von ihm verlangt habe. Sollte es sich dann als nothwendig ergeben, schreibe ich dir schon wieder. Grüsze mir alle dein Eduard'
Short description:
Eduard Glaser (1855-1908) asks his elder brother Alois (1853-1931) to send the amount of 140 fl. to their youngest brother Sigmund (1857-1913) for his stay in Kennelbach near Bregenz. He also instructs him not to send any more money until he expressly asks him to do so.
