'Wohlgeborner Herr! Ihren freundlichen Neujahrswunsch kann ich umso weniger mit Stillschweigen übergehen als uns Expatrirte (vulgo Diplomaten) jedes von der trauten Heimath kommendes Lebenszeichen angenehm überrascht!
Vom goldenen Prag kommend ist mir Ihr Neujahrswunsch ... angenehm gewesen und erwidere ich denselben aus vollem Herzen! ... Als zweite Bitte ersuche ich mir gelegentlich 2 bis 3 Stück Clavierpartituren der schönsten čechischen Nationallieder ... durch die öst. Post per Nachnahme zusenden zu wollen.
