Sollte ich mich gen�thigt sehen, �sterreich zu umgehen, dann betrachte ich diesz selbstverst�ndlich gleichbedeutend mit meinem Austritt aus unserer Gesellschaft, da ich nicht einsehe, dass ihr durch meine Person Schwierigkeiten und Geh�ssigkeiten entstehen.
Der Gesellschaft bin ich sehr viel Dank schuldig, der �sterr. Regierung gar keinen. Doch, wie gesagt, habe ich noch keinen Entschlusz gefasst, zumal ich mindestens bis 6. M�rz in Aden bleiben musz. In hochachtungsvoller Verehrung ganz ergebenst E. Glaser'
Short description:
Eduard Glaser (1855-1908) informs the Chairman of the 'Society for the Promotion of German Science, Art and Literature in Bohemia' Philipp Knoll (1841-1900) about his arrival in Aden on Feb. 16th, 1894. He expects to remain in Aden until March 6th, 1894.
Furthermore, Glaser expresses his dissatisfaction with Austrian institutions which make him consider turning his back on Austria...
