Short description:
contract between - Eduard Glaser in Schwabing b. München & - Weidmannsche Buchhandlung reg. Eduard Glaser's work 'Skizze der Geschichte Arabiens von den ältesten Zeiten bis zum Propheten Muhammad. Ausschließlich nach inschriftlichen Quellen'
The first edition encompasses 350 copies; the author is paid a fee of 450 Marks. The contract also stipulates that Eduard Glaser will receive 12 free copies and that further copies will be given to him by the publishing house at the bookseller's net price.
The publisher 'Weidmannsche Buchhandlung' informs Sigmund Glaser (1857-1913) on the implementation of a contractual agreement (1889) with Eduard Glaser (1855-1908), pointing out that no fee was paid, as the explorer had never completed vol. I.
