On the occasion of the 10th International Congress of Orientalists held in Geneva in 1894, the German scholar Fritz Hommel (1854-1936) provides an outline of the results of Eduard Glaser's fourth journey to Yemen (January 1892 - March 1894).
Hommel's presentation also includes language samples in Mehrī, Śḥerī and Soqoṭrī, i.e. a short text and a list of numerals, collected by Eduard Glaser.
Glaser wanted to publish this list after further elaboration, but he never actually did.
