This article covers the return of Eduard Glaser (1855-1908) from his fourth trip to Yemen (January 1892 - March 1894). The results of this journey listed by the informant 'F.H.' (Fritz Hommel, 1854-1936, Professor of Semitic languages at the University of Munich) encompass:
- 800 newly discovered inscriptions - 250 Arabic manuscripts & - a small collection of antiquities & - a plethora of geographical material.
