This manuscript is written in Gabelsberger shorthand, the headers in Latin (in brown, blue, black ink). He added many drawings, sketches of maps, but mostly transcriptions of inscriptions (GL1 - GL366). Fol.1 to 31 (GL1 - GL260) deals with the year 1883, fol. 31 - 33 with the year 1885 (GL261 - GL366). Adolf Grohmann added 9 fols with a transcription of Glaser's notes to some inscriptions GL1 - to GL76 (missing: GL6, GL13, GL34, GL36-37, GL40-44, GL48). - On the envelope: "Glaser Archäologische Forschungen in Yemen_, written by an unknown person (maybe by N. Rhodokanakis), on the cover: _1. Reise bis GL259. (Archäologische forschungen in Jemen 1883; Blatt 1-33)_.
