Short description:
The Austrian Emperor Francis Joseph I. (1830-1916) expresses his wish that the buyer of the Glaser collection [Samuel Horowitz (1841-1924), landowner, industrial magnate and chairman of the Jewish Community in Lemberg (modern-day Lviv)] be rewarded for his donation to the Imperial and Royal Ministry of Culture and Education.'
