Philipp Knoll (1841-1900), Professor at the University of Prague and chairman of the 'Society for the Promotion of German Science, Art and Literature in Bohemia' acknowledges receipt of Eduard Glaser's letter informing him about the publication of Glaser's book 'Die Abessinier in Arabien und Afrika'.
He requests Eduard Glaser to submit 6 copies of his work to be disseminated according to his suggestions and wishes the explorer a good reception of his work in the scholarly world.
