In response to Heinrich Mordmann's review of Eduard Glaser's book 'Skizze der Geschichte Arabiens von den ältesten Zeiten bis zum Propheten Muhammad' (vol. 1) Aloys Sprenger (1813-1893), Professor of oriental languages, provides clarifications on the Minaeans.
With regard to his own reading of Glaser's study (pp. 514 ff.), Sprenger advises to read it with caution as several of Glaser's assertions are contestable (p. 514, p. 520).
