In his report to the 'Gesellschaft zur Förderung deutscher Wissenschaft, Kunst und Literatur in Böhmen' (Society for the Promotion of German Science, Art and Literature in Bohemia) Eduard Glaser mentions having collected 800 new inscriptions during his fourth journey to Yemen (January 1892 - March 1894).
Among those 800 inscriptions, which raised the total number of inscriptions collected by Eduard Glaser to more than 1800 (p. 2), some 100 inscriptions are Qatabanian.
Furthermore, Eduard Glaser informs the Society that he managed to collect about 250 Arabic manuscripts which he considers to be the most valuable collection of this kind that has come from Arabia so far. (p. 6)
